We’ve received quite a number of inquiries and requests for clarification about our upcoming 17th Biennial International Alumni Reunion in Orlando, Florida, on May 13–16, 2027. We’re happy to help! Here’s a quick guide to make your registration and travel preparations easier.

1. DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER?
   Yes. You must be a registered and paid member with a current membership covering at least two years to qualify for reunion registration.
   Two-year membership fee: US$40
   Renew your membership or apply online: https://notredamegsc.org/login/
   A working email address is required, and membership payments are accepted through major credit cards only.
2. HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE REUNION?
   Once your membership has been confirmed, visit our website homepage and click on the ORLANDO 2027 Reunion Logo on the main cover photo.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING AT ONCE?
   No! We’ve made the process flexible and convenient. You may select and pay for only the reunion items you’re ready to commit to, then return later to complete your registration.
   Register at your own pace!
4. NEED A US VISA?
   Eligible members may request a personalized Member Travel Documentation Support Letter to support their US visa application.
   Processing fee: US$10, in addition to the required US$40 two-year membership fee.

   Important conditions:

• The letter does not guarantee visa approval. All decisions rest solely with the US embassy or consular authority.
• Requests are processed only after membership eligibility and payment have been verified.
• Letters will be issued once the reunion hotel arrangements have been finalized.
• The US$10 fee is non-refundable and non-reimbursable if your visa is denied or if your visa is approved but you do not attend the reunion.
• The fee will be credited toward your reunion fees only if your visa is approved AND you attend the reunion.

5. HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL?
   You can reserve your accommodation at the official reunion hotel through our dedicated booking link.

   Important: Please read the cancellation policy before booking.

• A one-night deposit is charged upon booking.
• The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 5 days before arrival.
• If you cancel less than 5 days before arrival, the first-night deposit will be forfeited.
