The Notre Dame Schools of General Santos City Alumni Association International, Inc. (Notre Dame GSC) is pleased to present this three-part video tutorial series designed to guide our fellow Dameans through every step of becoming an official member and preparing for the 17th Biennial Reunion in Orlando, Florida, USA, on May 13–16, 2027.

Whether you are registering for the first time, renewing your membership, or planning to attend the Orlando Reunion, these tutorials will help make the process simple, convenient, and hassle-free.

Video 1: Online Membership Registration

The first video walks you through the complete online membership registration process. Learn how to create your account, complete your personal information, and submit your application through our online membership portal.

Becoming an official member allows you to stay connected with fellow Dameans around the world while supporting the Association’s programs, scholarships, and alumni initiatives.

Video 2: Completing Your Membership Application

The second tutorial continues where the first video ends. It explains the remaining steps needed to complete your membership application successfully, ensuring that your registration is properly submitted and processed.

We encourage all applicants to carefully follow the instructions in both videos to avoid delays in the approval of their membership.

Video 3: Requesting Travel Documentation Support for the Orlando 2027 Reunion

For alumni who are planning to attend the Orlando Reunion but do not yet have a U.S. visa, the third tutorial explains how to request Travel Documentation Support from the Association.

These documents are intended to assist members in preparing their U.S. visa application by providing supporting documentation related to the reunion.

Please note that the issuance of these documents does not guarantee visa approval. The approval or denial of a visa application remains solely at the discretion of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
