Hello everyone! We are proud to present to you the plans for the 17th Biennial Alumni Convention of the Notre Dame Schools of General Santos City Alumni Association International Inc.! We are absolutely thrilled to have you join us in vibrant Orlando, Florida, for what promises to be an unforgettable convention. This event is not just about looking back; it’s about looking forward and shaping the future of our alumni community and the Notre Dame Schools.
ABOUT OUR CONVENTION
For four days, we have a fantastic lineup planned, designed to reconnect you with old friends, reignite that Notre Dame spirit, and create new memories. We will engage in meaningful discussions about giving back, empowering future leaders, and strengthening our association. We will also have opportunities to reconnect, celebrate our achievements, and welcome a new generation of leaders.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
DAY 1
We’ll kick things off with a casual welcome reception featuring Filipino snacks and music, a perfect way to ease into the reunion and catch up with familiar faces
DAY 2
Day two focuses on our legacy, vision, and collaboration, with engaging plenary sessions, our business meeting, elections and a spectacular Fiesta Night dinner and talent show! Get ready to showcase your hidden talents!
DAY 3
Day three is all about exploring the magic of Orlando, followed by an elegant Gala Night where we’ll induct our new officers.
DAY 4
Finally, we’ll conclude our reunion with a Thanksgiving Mass and a heartfelt farewell brunch.

- Organize and deliver exceptional Biennial Conventions that provide unparalleled opportunities for alumni to reconnect, network, and celebrate their shared Notre Dame heritage.
- Leverage the Biennial Conventions as a platform for promoting alumni engagement in philanthropic initiatives that support the Notre Dame Schools of General Santos City.
- Utilize the Biennial Conventions to inspire and empower alumni to become active leaders and contributors to their communities and professions, embodying the values of faith, service, and excellence.
- Document and share the stories and achievements of alumni during and beyond the Biennial Conventions, fostering a sense of collective pride and inspiring future generations.

Arrival, Registration & Hotel Check-in
REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
A Welcome Desk with volunteers will provide assistance in the registration and hotel check-in.
WELCOME PACKET
Attendees will be provided with a detailed welcome packet with the souvenir shirt, ID, meal coupons, Orlando travel tips and recommendations.

The President will provide a summary of the organization’s key accomplishments, initiatives, and progress made over the last two years since the previous biennial reunion.
FINANCIAL REPORT
The Treasurer will present a report detailing the financial status of the association. This will include an overview of income, expenses, and the results of any fundraising activities conducted.
COMMITTEE UPDATES
Representatives from various active committees within the Alumni Association will provide brief updates on their respective activities, projects, and progress towards their goals.
ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The election ensures a smooth transition of leadership and provides members with a chance to participate in the democratic process of choosing who will guide the organization.
FELLOWSHIP NIGHT & TALENT SHOW
EVENING SESSION
The “Talent Show” is a vibrant segment of the Fellowship Night Dinner. It’s an opportunity for alumni to take center stage and share their diverse talents, ranging from singing and dancing to spoken word and comedy. Importantly, it also aims to celebrate the rich cultural tapestry of the alumni community by encouraging a variety of cultural performances. This ensures a lively and entertaining evening that fosters camaraderie, strengthens bonds, and showcases the diverse skills and backgrounds within the Notre Dame alumni family.

The “Orlando Adventure Tour,” scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Day 3, offers delegates a chance to experience the best of Orlando. Recognizing the diverse interests of alumni, the convention plans to offer different tour options.
